At AREA, we strive to ensure your luxury purchases meet your expectations, offering a 14-day return window for items in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that high-fashion pieces must be returned in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original AREA box, ensuring all designer garment tags and security seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
